The lady was lovely, helpful and unpushy, a real credit. But when I was offered £40 to select a delivery time, then £10, then free. Then the insurance alot of money, then nothing when I declined. Instead of feeling that I had been given something I felt as though the company, not the assiatant, had been trying to cheat me and it left a sour taste in the mouth.

Bed buying is a very subjective process, and although the technology is brilliant for narrowing down choices, it comes down to how it feels in the end. Highly satisfied would be difficult to achieve.

We didn’t view all the available mattresses and were not totally made aware of all the offers available.

The service wasn’t perfect that is almost impossible but it was good
