We were welcomed and had assistance throughout our visit. We were given coffee and had answers to all our questions. The only downside was the cost of delivery, a bed is hardly something you can put in a car and we felt you are holding customers over a barrel and it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth and makes one cross which spoils the pleasurable experience of choosing a new bed and spending nearly £2000 shouldn't then incur a delivery fee.Hopefully the delivery will be on time and all go according to plan.....if it doesnt you will of course be hearing from us. The two girls in the Salibury branch were charming and couldn't do enough for us.

The process was satisfactory despite the gimmicky measurement session, the selection of mattresses offered was small and of course no transaction of this type can be “highly satisfactory” and will never be rated as such by me

Joanne said I had measured our mattress incorrectly and that the mattress I required was a king size. When the mattress was delivered it was too small for our bed frame. The mattress was returned straightaway and when we EVENTUALLY contacted the store Joanne’s colleague was able to tell us that our measurements were for a European sized mattress. We contacted customer service for a refund and the following day Joanne phoned my husband. At no point did she apologise for not listening to me or for the time waisted on delivery and return. My husband asked her to email confirmation that a refund was being processed and she didn’t have the manners to address the email to either myself or my husband. Joanne needs to listen to her customers requirements in order to avoid this mess in the future.

Lulia Mirela took her time with us and didn't feel like we had to rush into a decision. She was brilliant with our 3 children. What we thought would be a stressful time in the store, Lulia made it relaxed and enjoyable experience. She answered all our questions which made her knowledge and experience show.

I believe there is always room to improve! Not a negative, staff did really well under the pressure of being very busy! But this is always naturally leads to sales feeling rushed and not wanting to upset other customers!

Paul served is, he was absolutely fantastic, cannot fault his customer service. I explained that my mum doesn't process information very well and I can't fault him for doing a very thorough job, but mum was so tired once we had finished and we still had shopping to do. So whilst you are looking for a great customer experience, which we did get, it just went on for too long.

Showroom was good staff were great realy attentive and friendly but build quality of some of the the beds was not great some wobbled etc which is exactly what I was looking to avoid. Some of the items felt a little overpriced for example there was an end of bed storage box that was priced at 299 the bed was 599 didn't seem to add up to me. Prehaps I'm being to picky. Overall you nailed it though.
