Dreams - Salisbury

We were shown the product we had identified on-line very quickly. It was explained to us how we could choose any mattress with the base we wanted and the differences between mattresses was also explained well.

I hate being rushed, and the lady that met us did give us the time to browse before introducing herself and guiding us through the choices. Knowledgeable and understanding of our needs, not at all pushy. I commented to my wife on the way out how that is what ALL shopping experiences should be like.

All goods and prices were displayed very clearly, and staff very friendly and helpful. We have purchased items for the bedroom several times over the years and will continue to do so, which proves our customer satisfaction.

Was given the information we need reference types of mattresses then was able to test without feeling pressurised. The sales man was there to answer questions when needed and didn't follow us around.

Your sales persons Shaun and Jo were excellent due to the fact I have bad feet and legs they were most helpful demonstrating the product as is was an adjustable bed, Also gave me good advice on the mattress. I wish all shops had assistants who were as helpful.

Joanne, the lady who assisted us at the Dreams branch in Salisbury (Southampton Road), was excellent. I arrived fed up and not looking forward to the process of finding a mattress. Moving house has proved to be an exasperating experience and we have to replace two beds and a mattress, and try and fit them upstairs in an old cottage with narrow staircase. Joanne was extremely patient, kind and helpful and we made a substantial purchase of a Tempur King Size 27cm Deluxe mattress and two Tempur pillows.

Joanne the sales assistant had great knowledge of all the products in the shop and was extremely helpful in finding the exact bed to suit our needs. This was our 3rd time back to the store and it was due to Joanne that we returned and bought the bed from Dreams. She is the Queen of Pillow Talk with the help of course from her store manager King Shaun.

Staff left us to browse initially but politely offered assistance from afar. When we looked puzzled they were swift in responding and assisting us. They kept information about products relevant and concise without over powering sales tactics. They gave unbiased advice allowing myself and partner to make a decision between our own preferences. When it came to putting in an order the process was concise, clear and friendly. There was some flexibility in price at the end. Altogether excellent service - friendly and down to earth staff.

The sales lady Rachel at the Salisbury store was so good the 1st time I visited the store that I went back there to purchase my bed dispite having to drive 45 minuts to that store

Good stock. Useful but unobtrusive assistance. Quick process. Only issue was that there was no explanation that wider stock was available online - at the TV screen- until we had processed our order which meant that the second bed purchase was never investigated.
