Wide selection of beds - nicely presented - spacious clean and welcoming. Member of staff was helpful and knowledgeable and good in that he was not pushy or intrusive - he dealt with our questions gave appropriate advice then left us to try beds, he was available to answer queries but gave us space and privacy to reach our decision. Excellent service.

The assistant was very helpful and showed very good product knowledge. The shop is easily accessible with ample parking.

Joanne was quick to recognise my needs, she listened and gave sound advise hence my order. Would have gone 'on line' to another company as price higher than expected (delivery and disposal existing expensive) - but Joanne's approach prompted me to except price given to buy at Dreams Salisbury.

From the very start, entering the shop, it had been no trouble parking, then when we arrived we asked Shaun to help us. He was very helpful, listening to what we wanted (which we weren't sure of to start with) and then carefully showing us the different choices, explaining about the different construction methods and helping us to narrow our search, eventually to the one we chose. Shaun was also very patient with us, as we spent quite a length of time trying the different mattresses before finally deciding.

Dreams staff (Joanne) was very helpful but not pushy, the store had all the items I set out to purchase and were able to set up finance on one of the items very easily and quickly. They arranged delivery on the day I requested.

The assistant was very helpful, efficient & knowledgable. It was easy to set up credit & pay for part of the goods via 0% finance - great - the whole experience was very quick & easy.

I had no idea what I really wanted and Joanne was so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the differences between the mattresses with clarity and invited me to try each. She showed me additional products which I needed and offered outstanding customer service.

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store and was asked if I needed any help. I replied I was looking for a bed like the one I had seen on the internet, I was told to go upstairs and she would be with me shortly. We discussed my needs and I felt comfortable that I was having the right bed for me.
