Dreams - Salisbury

We were helped by a lovely lady who could not do more for us. She made us feel relaxed and seemed to know exactly what we were looking forward. Her product knowledge was superb and she did not try to over sell anything to us.

We spoke with Lisa who was absolutely fantastic! She really helped, and went out of her way to make us comfortable, made us drinks, and helped entertain our young children whilst we were in the process of comparing bed and mattresses!

Practically had the whole shop to ourselves as we arrived just after opening time, used the sleep match machine which was brilliant! Customer service was excellent and were able to find the perfect mattress for our needs

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to look around the store so we could have a general idea of what we liked. When we were ready, Paul served us and we lay down on a bed so that the computer could assess which mattresses were best suited to us. We were then taken to each one in order to try them out and decide which one we liked the best. This was a very pleasant and unhurried experience.

The lady was extremely helpful in Salisbury store and very professional. Her kindness made our day.

The sales assistant was very patient with me as I lay on beds. She suggested I lay on the bed which calculates my sleeping position, weight etc. This helped me decide which bed was best for me. Despite the 60% sale price, I chose the demo model as it was even a wee bit less expensive. She showed me, despite the mattress looking perfectly clean, it was even cleaner under the foot protection throw. That did not put me off. Checking out was quick. Everything was explained to me, I was offered mattress covers which I declined as I have plenty…I did take the 4 Silent Night pillows which I found to be very comfortable.

Paul made the whole thing an enjoyable experience and was very knowledgeable and guided use though the whole process

although we had in mind the kind of mattress we needed for my daughter Cabin bed, we were incredibly pleased that we could manage to purchase a memory foam mattress to suit the bed. We were talked through all the options and were listened to when we discussed the length of time my daughter would be in this bed. We were delighted with what options we were offered which suited our budget. We now have a child who is comfortable, cosy and happy in her bed and is sleeping much better! Thank you 😁
