Dreams - Salisbury

walk into store unsure what we would be looking for soon as the manager showed us all was clear, with in half an hour we had chosen a mattress, paid and away very pleased

The assisstant was just right helpful but not too pushy.The purchase seemed very straightforward.

We visited the store the day before and spoke to Joanne (highly knowledgeable and very helpful). We said we would return the following day which we did and approached as soon as we entered the store. Were offered refreshments and once we had made our decision, Joanne dealt with our purchase in an extremely efficient and very friendly manner. An overall very pleasurable experience in buying at Dreams Salisbury and being served by Joanne - we will recommend to family and friends and return in the future should we need to make another purchase

with in 5 minutes on entering store me and my wife were offered coffee and allowed to browes the store at are leasure then given advise when we were ready to make are purchase overall experience excellent will recommend Friends and family

The shop was well laid out, clean and had a great selection. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that were available. And he provided tea!!!

The clear way the different mattresses were displayed, the excellent service from the shop assistant, helpful but not pushy. Knew when to give information and when to leave us alone. The 40 days if not satisfied excahage means you cant go wrong

Very satisfied with the helpful service we received and we hope that the product will be as good. The delivery is the end of the month

The female member of staff called Jo was so helpful and listened to what we needed as we were going to spend a lot of money and needed to get the right product. She gave us lots of her time and we didnt feel rushed into things. We would definately shop in Salisbury Dreams again after our experience there.

I am not sure that my answers indicate a rating of highly satisfied: may I suggest that until I/we have had an opportunity to try what we have bought, the survey is, perhaps, premature. After all we were buying something we have yet to see. The store assistants' 'performance' is, therfefore, somewhat academic.
