Dreams - Salisbury

I went in for a certain type of mattress, found what I want. The lady was helpful without being pushy, listened to what I said & gave me good answers. The mattress could have been with me much sooner than I need it ... & if I have moved by the delivery date she was helpful re. rearranging delivery instructions. My daughter bought a bed & mattress in may & she is very happy with it.

Because the sales assistants were extremely helpful and friendly and their knowledge base was excellent.

Joanne was very helpful and answered our queries and understood what we were after.

The assistant was extremely helpful when I told her what I was looking for, a new mattress. She explained how the mattresses were displayed and graded and left me to take as long as I liked trying the various types. She offered me & my Mother coffee which we were pleased to accept. Having eventually chosen what I wanted the ordering process was speedy and efficient. At no time did I feel pressured to buy & I left the store feeling relaxed and pleased that I had at last done what I had been thinking of for months & it had been a more pleasing experience than I had anticipated.

Chloe Roberts looked after us and she was excellent. She gave a lovely warm welcome as soon as we stepped through the doors and explained the different colour options for the different mattress types, which really helped narrow our search. She listened to our preferences and guided us accordingly. She instantly offered us all drinks, which we were very grateful for! We had everything we needed and she left us to try out beds without feeling we were being watched. She was excellent with the children as we were conscious they were making a nuisance of themselves so, as parents felt quite conscious. Chloe reassured me all kids are the same on the beds which made me feel more relaxed and able to concentrate on trying out the mattresses! She gave us the confidence that she knew what she was talking about when advising us regarding spine position etc and responding to our queries about the mattresses and how they differ on solid verses spring slatted base etc. She was quick to come back with finance questions and informed us about the 0% finance option... which probably clinched the deal for us!! She has a lovely personality; warm, friendly, relaxed, professional, efficient & not pushy!

Speedy service and very friendly staff.

We have been looking for a mattress for some time since moving to the Salisbury area and decided to look in Dreams. The choice was very good and we found that the Kendall matress felt better quality than some of the more expensive ones. We were well aware of staff in the shop but apart from enquiring if we needed any assistance were not overly intrusive, a bonus!

Fantastic experience made so much easier than I imagined. Thought it was going to be stressful and there was no stess at all. We were given a hot drink and made to feel relaxed which made the experience a whole lot easier. Would recommend to anyone :)

Everything clearly marked out ,very friendly and very helpful it couldn't have been easier the service we received was excellent I would shop there again.

We were looking for single beds and the stock available to view was very small but the Sales Assistant, Joanne, was particularly knowledgeable, helpful and informative and helped us to make our choices relatively quickly.
