Dreams - Salisbury

We were greeted by a friendly store member called Chloe who welcomed us and asked if we were ok browsing or if we would like any assistance, we responded that we were ok looking for the moment to which she cheerfully said ok, if you would like any help let us know. We were left to browse a few minutes and were then re-approached by Chloe who had noticed we seemed a bit lost with all of the choices. In a friendly manor she explained all of the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each and asked questions to offer a good choice of mattress for us. After a while we went to buy a coffee and talk about a couple of the ones we like and returned to the store, Chloe and her colleague were both busy but assured us they would be right with us. Chloe finished serving the customer she was with and came back to assist us. We dicided on a mattress and Chloe efficiently processed our transaction. We would definitely return here again as the customer service was perfect.

We visited the salisbury branch after visiting various stores looking for a new bed. We were very impressed by the greeting we received from the staff they were very helpful friendly and happy to see us. The knowledge of the assistant was excellent and she was able to guide us and we found the bed we wanted. The overall visit was very good.

Store was easy to find. Good car parking. Bright airy building. We were greeted soon after entering but were allowed to look around undisturbed until we were ready to talk. The staff in the shop were helpful and guided us in our purchase. They did not try to sell us the most expensive bed we looked at but helped us to a good compromise of cost and quality. We were asked about but not pressured into buying associated items. Free mattress protector was a bonus. Overall we had a happy experience.

Rachel our assistant was so professional, polite and helpful. She is a credit to your company. We actually enjoyed buying the mattress because of her professional attitude and service. Which is very rare these days.
