Chloe was very knowledgeable and helpful never pushy.

The lady that served us offered assistance on a few occasions, but was not pushy. When we'd finally made our decisions, she got us through the sales process very quickly, understood our needs and was very friendly.

The assistant was extremely helpful explaining the various types of mattresses. She knew her products very well and was very polite and friendly and cheerful

I have clicked the highest satisfaction in all questions because I was really impressed. I made a recce visit and Jo was wonderful, steering me gently through the maze of buying a bed (not done very often). I then returned a few days later and was served by Chloe and Jo. They were both fabulous and answered all my numerous questions and more and most important did not push me in any way. They were charming, smiling throughout and very efficient in completing the deal. They made the whole, rather frightening experience FUN. I left with no doubts that I had done the right thing and bought the best bed for me .I wanted a really good bed as I am ancient with a bad back and was therfore prepared to make quite an investment. (Always alarming for me spending that much money.) I also added pillows and at a few days later more drawers for the bed. Jo and Chloe are Gold Dust..you are very lucky to have them. Viola Fraser

The warm welcome we received on entering the store on a particularly blustery day, the speed of finding what we were looking for and the efficiency of dealing with the order and arranging delivery to suit all. Plus the offer of tea/coffee!

A very pleasant assistant , Joanne, was helpful and didn't rush me into a decision at all. I returned a few days later and she remembered me and was still helpful.

We got advice that helped us choose a new mattress. We were also given a free pillow

Highly satisfied because the assistant was both charming and knowledgeable, happily prepared to help us towards a decision with no sense of impatience at all... Most sensibly suggested that we go to do some shopping to clear our possibly befuddled minds then return refreshed to make the final choice. Excellent prices on reasonably high standard products which is what we wanted to kit out a holiday home. Very sweet and patient assistant who offered further reductions due to the size of our order - we spent over £2250. A much improved experience to when I last visited 3 years ago.
