We wanted to buy a firm mattress and the assistant helped us to find the type we were looking for, explained why there were differences in price, encouraged us to try them all out and brought us a mug of coffee while we shopped. She was helpful and polite but also left us with space to make our decision. An excellent shopping experience

The assistant Chloe was very helpful without being pushy.she showed us various beds and had a good knowledge of the product.very satisfied with the overall service.

There was no pressure to buy. They understood our needs on what sort of beds we were looking for. Whilst waiting for conformation about credit we were asked whether we would like coffee while we waited.

Joanne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at. The overall experience was quick and efficient.

We went to the Salisbury Store (809 store) and Joanne helped us (for the second visit to purchase). We were there 2 hours as had a 9 year old. Jo was very patience & helped us when we needed guidance and left us when we had to make decisions. We also had refreshments and treats. I would rate Joanne 5*. Mrs Laina Forster.

Chloe at the Salisbury branch was exceptionally helpful, coming over and explaining how the comfort system worked then leaving us to try the beds but keeping an eye from a distance so that the minute we wanted her help she was back with us.
