We were assisted by Joanne at your Salisbury store who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had the perfect balance between leaving us to go around the store trying different mattresses and being on hand to offer advice.

I knew what bed I wanted before I entered the shop I entered the shop and saw the bed straight away I was quickly assisted by one of your members of staff in a very friendly manner. I had explained to them that I would like to try the beds in store and then purchase them online as this includes free delivery they encourage me to order in store as I would be due an upgrade in my TV system to a smart TV as the offer ended on Tuesday they were kind enough to give me free delivery if I ordered when I was in the shop this is what I did. We applied for finance which was quick and easy and was approved. We ordered our bed, chose our delivery date which we were happy with and we are now looking forward to receiving your new bed.

Joanna was extremely helpful. Her advice helped me understand immediately what I was looking for. The colour coding is great. I was then left to try the mattress in the colour I required with out any pressure of time or sales talk. When I was ready she made it quick & easy to order. She even offered me a coffee. Excellent service.
