Dreams - Salisbury

We confirmed what we were looking for, the assistance took that on board and directed us straight away to what we were looking at, we tried 3 beds for firmness - we picked what we wanted because of the direction we were given in about 5 minutes

I already had an idea about the type of replacement mattress I and my wife required. The Dreams rep. pointed out the models that fitted our criteria and answered all my questions competently. The ordering process was swift and uncomplicated as I was paying the purchase price in full. Had I required finance this could have taken a lot longer.

From the moment I walked in to the store I was made very welcome and they were eager to please.

I was greeted straight away and offered assistance, I was asked what I required and shown the range, any questions were answered directly.

We purchased a Bed from Dreams 10 years ago and it has lasted us up to now, the sale's assistant was very helpful and showed us the range of beds, I am terrible with names but I think it was Clare at your Salisbury store, She offered us a drink and looked after the needs of our nice.

I felt the assistant was very helpful but not pushing, she gave us time to discuss things between us and then only offered advice and there was no hard sale. This for me is key and will definitely mean we will return to dreams when we order our new bed and a new mattress in the next 6 months for our new house.

The store was very peaceful. Joanne was welcoming and was there to give advice if I needed it, but left me in peace to try out a variety of beds for as long as I wanted to without hassling me in any way. She was very pleasant and helpful and dealt with my order efficiently. I would say she is a model sales person.
