Wanted the opportunity to try out the full range of Tempur mattresses. We were able to take all the time we needed and had the full range of mattresses and pillows available in order to make our decision. The assistant was knowledgable, helpful and unpressurising. An excellent experience!

Had two choices of mattress to buy, did not know which one offered the best value for money. One was £100 dearer than the other. The lady in the shop explained why there was the cost difference, I then went for the dearer one as I now understood more on the quality of the product. Having first viewed them both on line.
