A friendly and knowledgable lady showed us the range of mattresses and also gave us time to think and make our choice.

Effortless from start to finish

The lady who helped us at the Salisbury store was called Lisa and she was just amazingly helpful. She had so much knowledge about all of the products in store and was just so attentive. She was also really kind to us and our 8 year old son, who she chatted to whilst we tested out the various mattresses she had recommended. She made us feel really comfortable and it never felt like she was pressuring us in order to get a sale. We felt genuinely valued as customers and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Lisa is without doubt a massive asset to Dreams. Give her a pay rise!
