Easy system for types of bed. Assistant realised we wanted quick basic information and then to be left to browse, which we did. Once we found the mattress we wanted, the ordering and arranging for delivery was quick and painless!! Delivery went exactly as stated, text at 10am giving 2 hour window, delivered within that 2 hour window. Excellent service from Dreams at Salisbury. Thank you everyone.

Chloe was very friendly and helpful and not pushy.

Chloe was very attentive on my arrival giving a brief overview of what I may wish to look at initially, based on my statement. She had a professional manner that allowed me to carry on in my own time, yet was always available to assist as and when the need presented itself. This quite frankly made the transaction more pleasurable and encouraged me to purchase from her rather than look at alternative options.

Staff member explained the prices for the mattresses that were in our price range, was not pushy and we made the right selection base on her input.

My husband and I were shopping for a mattress, we got to the salisbury store just as they were closing and the lady that we spoke to was so polite and helpful. Asked if what sort of budget we had to work with so we told her and then she showed us the mattresses that would suit our price range.
