The member of staff who served us and her colleague were both very helpful. They were able to answer our queries and showed us an alternative product - a single divan bed which has a spare bed beneath it which can convert to a double or two singles, that suited our needs in terms of having a spare bed(s) in our smallest bedroom for visiting guests On check out we were offered Saturday delivery for free as there were limited available delivery slots in the next month. We were very pleased with this.

It was a pleasure to be served by Iulia in Salisbury. She explained the colour coding of the foot protectors for the firmness of the mattress, and gave us plenty of time to look at all the possibilities of the combinations of base/mattress options, even showing one that we hadn't previously thought of, and eventually bought. She patiently took us through the order process, offering warranties etc., and was most efficient at organising delivery and finalising the transaction, If only all shopping experiences were as pleasant! Coud not fault this experience, and would not hesitate to reccommend Dreams as a place to buy a bed. If the bed proves to be as comfortable as the purchase process, I shall be over the moon.

I was spending a lot of money on a Tempur mattress . Having had mattresses in the past which did not work I went back on several occasions for testing the showroom model. Every time Joanne or Shaun were excellent with product knowledge and ease of dealing with. Never any pressure which was refreshing and enabled me to make a considered opinion.

The sales person was very helpful, giving us just the right amount of attention. The colour grading of the firmness of mattresses was very useful. Everything was made easy for us which we really value.

chloe was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find the right bed for my needs and choosing a lovely mattress.

The gentleman who served us was amazing, sat and went through everything and was just really good at his job

We were looking for a new mattress. On entering the store we were approached by the sales assistant who upon learning what we were looking for, proceeded to point out the items we would find of interest. We were then able to browse, without fuss or interruption. When we needed advice, the sales assistant, who was obviously very knowledgeable regarding the items in the store, replied in a clear and friendly way. We did not feel uncomfortable regarding the time we spent in the store, and was not hurried in any way to make a choice. We are waiting for our new mattress to be delivered and are very pleased with our purchase.

Speedy service, yet given time to wander the store, without hassle.

Person serving us was not too pushy but there to help with advice when we needed it.

Your lady assistant was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining lucidly the different construction of mattresses. She did not "hard sell" at all but left us in peace to consider alternatives. That was ideal. Incidentally she was in advanced pregnancy and must have been in a little discomfort moving round the store.
