I found the product knowledge of the assistant Jo was extensive and very helpful. She spent time explaining the different mattress types and made suggestions to cover all price ranges. There was no hard sell to push me towards the more expensive items. Delivery time was carefully explained and offer of removal of old bed and installation of new ione offered and costs explained.

the sales assistant was very helpful. We found what we were looking for immediately and then the speed of processing our order was excellent.

The customer service was excellent. The lady helping us offered a drink upon arrival and was very knowledgeable about the different Tempur mattresses on offer. She took the time to find out our needs and advised us according to this (and I was pleased to find this wasn’t the most expensive Tempur mattress in store). I found the lady genuine and was made to feel that nothing was too much hassle.

We were greeted by Chloe as we walked in and shown the colour wall (which is a brilliant idea). We were left alone as we wandered round, which I like, but there was someone there if we had any queries. When we sat and ordered the mattress, we were offered tea and coffee - which was a lovely surprise.

I originally came in to look and get some information. However, the female assistant was so helpful and informative I decided to buy. Her knowledge and assistance in selection was very impressive which helped me select what I was looking for. In my opinion the selection of a bed/mattress should be taken seriously, given the time of your life you will spend in one. Sadly there are so many variants it is difficult to decide. However, on my visit the different types and different 'firmness' were explained to me along with options to try them. She took her time to explain and show the difference and even dispel some myths. This led me to select a mattress I felt to be 'the one' and thank her for her time, patience and knowledge. I left knowing I had achieved the perfect purchase which I attribute to her.

Chloe was very helpful and assisted with arranging our order and was very helpful in providing all the information we required about the mattress we bought.

On entering the store website were greeted, the sales assistant knew straight away what we were looking for and directed us to the items in question, she explained all the products, beds, mattress why one would be better for us than the others for our particular needs. The ordering process was quick and professional in answering money and delivery queries. Overall experience was excellent
