The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and made no attempt to try to push us into a purchase. We felt no pressure at all and were extremely happy with the explanations and service she provided.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful assistant named Chloe. Showed us the range stocked in the style we were looking for. Explained the colour coding used to differentiate between mattress firmness. We never felt rushed, felt comfortable asking questions. We were even offered refreshments. 😀
