Dreams - Salisbury

We visited the Salisbury store to buy two mattresses (we already have iron bedsteads). WE were approached by Chloe who asked us if we needed any assistance - which we readying accepted! In a very clear manner she went over all the options and was happy to go over any details - several times in our case as we all had different queries and requirements! Once we had narrowed down our requirements, she patiently helped us to choose the two mattresses which we eventually and happily purchased. She is a credit to the Salisbury store team and to your company. The other assistants who were also on duty were also incredibly helpful as I had several queries regarding two beds which my son will need to buy shortly and to whom we have recommended Dreams. It was a pleasure to shop there and we were even given cups of coffee in mugs and not those horrid plastic cups!

The store had exactly what I wanted. The item was for my husband, having been discharged from hospital, required specific height etc. The staff were wonderfully helpful.

I was allowed to wander round the store on my own trying out various mattresses and when I made my choice the assistant (Joanna) came to my aid straight away. She told me a few things about the item and your service and the purchase was made and a date for delivery arranged. But it all depends on the sleep experience! And the fact that you allow 40 nights 'trial' reassures me and seems a very fair arrangement.

We went in just to have a look and found exactly what we wanted and the man in store was polite, helpful and not pushy. We left buying a bed and he guided us though the delivery system so make sure we could get our mattress on time too.

I was welcomed straight away and all my questions were answered very clearly and with plenty of knowledge. I was given plenty of time to browse alone and think about what I'd like without feeling pestered. Then when I decided what I wanted there was someone available straight away to put my order in and it only took around 5-10 minutes to complete the order and payment. Very polite and enthusiastic staff.

Excellent Service, clean layout and knowledgeable satff

The goods I required were well displayed and the staff were knowledgeable and courteous and made what could have been a chore into something quite pleasant.

We visited the store twice, on the first occasion we were greeted by Iulia who helped us and had great product knowledge. She left us alone to browse but was always there when we needed some advice. So we did not feel pressured in any way which was brilliant. Her manner was very friendly. The following day we visited to place our order and spoke with Chloe. She was also very smiley and friendly and assisted us with placing the order. She seemed very knowledgeable as we asked for different items and she was able to help us very proficiently. So thank you to both.
