Friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Not pushy, but helpful.

We were able to take as much time as we needed to select our mattress with very informed information without the staff being pushy,

I explained what I wanted and got it. The sales assistant understood what I wanted and didn't try to over sell me things I didn't need

The assistant in the Salisbury store was very helpful but not pushy - let me look round and then attentive when I had decided what I might want. Also suggested alternatives to try to make sure I was happy with my first choice. Explained delivery and removal carefully and had immediate access to delivery days. She definitely made the sale happen. She was on duty c1.30 Saturday 19th August at Bourne Ind Park Salisbury

The salesperson was polite and friendly, provided me with the information that I needed and let me to try out the mattresses. I may have given even higher ratings but believe that the standard prices are increased for Brand name.

Chloe was great. She gave us space to look around and then offered assistance when she could see we were in need of it. She spent a great deal of time with us and had such a decent knowledge of products. She offered us a drink and then gave us some more space to discuss and test products. She has a kind, relaxed yet attentive method and this made the experience all the easier and more enjoyable.

Staff member was attentive without being pushy. She had good product knowledge and was able to give us a good deal on what we wanted.

Quick and efficient staff, offered tea and coffee as soon as we arrived, offered help but weren't pushy. good mattress at a good price, plus 10% military discount. highly recommended

The sales assistant was attentive without being pushy , I was offered a drink , she was available for any questions I had and I was given plenty of time to try the beds out.

Allowed as much time as we needed without being hassled, providing advice as we looked at each product.
