The sales person was friendly and attentive but not pushy. She explained the range and colour coding then left me to browse in my own time. She made me a coffee and took my order very patiently as I had my 5 year old with me.

We went to Dreams to buy a new mattress. The lady who served us fully explained the types of mattresses and the colour coding system. She was also very knowledgeable about the mattress we eventually chose. She was also very friendly but not pushy.

Very good personal service and keen to help. Not a hard sell but a considered and thoughtful approach.

Not only was the product acceptable but the option to change was made available.

A very charming assistant in store and all went as we would have wished. We were highly impressed with the two delivery men who were both courteous and efficient. They even took off their shoes at the door!
