I had a poor experience at Beds for Bensons and when I went into Dreams in Dalisbury I was greatly really well by both of the lovely ladies that were working. I was made to feel that my needs and wants were important to them and was made to feel comfortable throughout ordering.

Assistant was excellent and extremely helpful. Her product knowledge was good and her sales approach impressive. Would highly recommend theSalisbury store.

having returned from a holiday we realised our mattress needed changing. My husband went into the store on Thursday and tried out a few mattresses and said he would return with his wife. We returned the following day and the lady sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, we were offered some refreshment tea/coffee and I requested water. We placed our order and it couldn't have been easier, can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered had a txt today to inform me they will call before 10:30 on our delivery day. So far so good!
