Chloe Roberts was very friendly and her product knowledge was excellent

Product well displayed and staff knew he's stuff. Processing the order was easy and quick which was followed up by a text confirming agreed delivery date. Only one thing which I mentioned in-store on a negative note was the retail between the 4 foot and 4.6 foot bed were zero. You could possibly offer an connecting discount on something else like a head board to off set the issue.

Very helpful and friendly staff, answered our questions but weren't pushy. Good range of mattresses which we could try out. We narrowed our search down to two, one more expensive than the other but seemed to us to have the same specifications. The lady who served us (Iulia), was able to show us the differences between the two items so we could make our final decision. She had very good knowledge of all the stock in the showroom.

Chloe was extreamley helpful in the Salisbury store. She explained everything extreamley well and and service was fantastic. We also took our two boys with us who she also spoke to to make them feel involved. Highly recommend and great individual customer service from Chloe.

We intended on buying a new mattress and had an idea of what we wanted after extensive internet searches. We first tried what we thought we wanted and were happy with the product. We were advised to check out a few different products to allow a reasonable comparison. There is no doubt that physically trying the product beats any review. We ended up buying a Tempur which we had previously discounted as they are expensive but in the end you get what you pay for. We have yet to take delivery but happy with the Tempur 100 day "like it or exchange it" guarantee.

I had seen the product i wished to buy in the store via the internet, the in store adviser showed me to that particular item and explained its pros and cons, whilst also explaining the differences in the similar products pricing slightly higher and lower. she was very easy to talk to and helped with all questions i had to ask.

Our assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and did not rush us into making a decision but gave us time to look at and try all the options.

Your assistant (Iulia) was very helpful and understanding of my specific need as to the type of product, and seemed very at easy to discuss the options and variables in a very professional manner, and all the alternatives, a true credit to your company
