Very good salesman, non pushy, but helpful. He processed the order efficiently. I was delighted with the. 'free' pillows.

Joanne was excellent. Very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. I am 5 months pregnant and trying out different beds is physically awkward. I returned with my husband and again she patiently described everything to us and made sure we had a cup of tea. Wonderful service. I was delighted.

The sales advisor was extremely helpful even thou it was more or less half an hour before the store closed when we had arrived to browse, she made us feel welcome and not at all felt rushed to quickly look and leave, she was knowledgable, friendly and offered us refreshments, she relayed all the essential information, delivery was arranged for the following week which we were pleased with, very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress, well done Dreams.

I rang on the off chance that the store would have a single bed for immediate collection. By remarkable coincidence it did. Shaun who I dealt with through out was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Joanne at the Salisbury store was excellent. She encouraged us not to make a snap decision and we made our choice on our 2nd visit. She was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She was helpful and left us to try out mattresses in our on time. She gave us pillows to try too and made us coffee on both visits. Very helpful and a credit to your store.
