Excellent customer service - courteous and friendly throughout. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push products our way, but gave good advice.

We were approached by Joanne who although gave us lots of information on what we were looking for was not ‘pushy’. She then gave us time to chat and discuss the information she had given us. We then looked around finding another option we were interested in. We then approached her asking some questions. We ended up placing an order plus a deal on pillows. Good experience

From the minute I walked in the store, I was looked after. David, the Salisbury store manager was so knowledgeable about everything and was so helpful. He explained everything and guided me through the mattresses that were suitable for me. He answered all my questions and respected the fact that this was to be a major purchase and was keen to provide all the information I needed so that I could make a informed choice. We were offered coffee and/or water. Nothing was too much trouble. We looked at lots of different beds and their storage options and he costed out the different combinations for me. He completed the sale, efficiently, explaining everything as he went along. It couldn’t have been a better visit.

I spoke to the store assistant about what I exactly needed and she was able to provide me with all the assistance. So that I was in and out of the store in no time. It was very easy to place to order and tailor it to my needs.

Despite being very busy, Paul successfully juggled several customers needs - including our own. At no point did we feel rushed. Paul didn’t allow the situation to get on top of him and was a consummate professional, even making us a coffee while we waited for a till to be available to process our order. From start to finish we were very well looked after. Paul is a credit to Dreams Salisbury.

I was greeted at the door, made to feel welcome in store. I had the diagnostic experience and then shown mattresses to suit me. Lucy (or Lisa?) was very knowledgeable and even made me a coffee. Ordering was easy and smooth.

Excellent friendly customer service

The young lady sales assistant was so helpful it made such a difference. She explained everything, her knowledge of the products was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, kind and went above and beyond in helping us find exactly what we needed. It was a pleasure to go in to the Salisbury store and have great customer service.
