Really friendly assistant. Excellent customer service

Customer service was perfect and the items we are looking for are Easy to access.

I got what I wanted for the price I wanted, and the sales staff were friendly and helpful and kept offering me tea :)

The assistant who served us, Iulia, was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We were able to spend as long as we liked choosing the mattress and other items. She seemed to understand our needs and requirements, which made our shopping experience very enjoyable and fruitful.

I was able to try several beds, and buy the mattress that I went in to Dreams for with out any difficulty, so I am now looking forward to having many comfortable nights.

Lots of choice. Friendly and informative assistant. Easy to find what we wanted.

Julia looked after us extremely well, she answered our questions and made excellent recommendations. The only possilbe downside was that she was in the store on her own so if another customer had come in needing the sort of assistance we did, they would have had to wait.

The sales assistant was very helpful.
