Dreams - Salisbury

Joanne was very friendly. What is most important to me is that Joanne let me browse for a few minutes before approaching me to ask if I needed assistance. We had previously been in Benson for Beds and no sooner had I walked through the door, I was pounced on by a member of staff asking loads of questions which is one of my pet hates. Joanne was very professional throughout our visit. Her knowledge of the products was excellent. We currently have a firm mattress which is not of the highest quality and this is giving me and my girlfriend sleepless nights and bad backs. So thanks to Joanne she recognised our needs and guided us through some very good quality products, allowing us time to get a feel for each one then again left us for a while to choose which one we wanted. Again this was a quality piece of customer service in my eyes. Bensons told me because I had a bad back I HAD to go for the most expensive mattress in their range which was over £1500 so that made me pleased I chose Dreams instead. The store is very well presented and the range is spread out perfectly so it makes it easy to decide on what you want.

Staff were helpful and assisted us to choose bed.

I needed a mattress at short notice but could not find one in Bristol where I live. I phoned the store in Salisbury as it was on my route and Joanne was able to reserve one from stock. On the day if collection I was delayed but she assured me she would hold the item until the end of the day. She even helped us load it into our van. Customer service at its best!

Joanne greeted us, asked us what we were looking for today, offered us a drink (which was very thoughtful) we were shown straight away about the colour coding for the mattresses which was very helpful. Joanne spoke about the different types and what I liked and disliked about my current mattress which made the decision easier to make my choice for my next one. Joanne has served us before, so was nice to see the same face again as she was so pleasant and helpful. She then offered me to try the mattress with a cloud pillow, she let me take my time whilst deciding which one I liked. Advised me on what one she thought looked better by the way I was laying on them. I finally picked the one I was most happy with. Joanne too us the computer, offered us the insurance which I got a free protector with, offered the pillow I used (which I had to purchase as it was so comfy) told us about the 40day trail. Joanne left us with very nice and confident impression. She is a credit to your company! Fabulous service. Thank you

Our overall experience was excellent. We had good customer service and very knowledgeable staff to answer any questions. We have used dreams before and were very impressed. A good, reliable company selling quality goods.

Went in store just to look but assistant was so thorough showing what was available decided to order and pay at store that day Have several medical problems but assistant went through all the different firmness, softness of mattresses and obviously knew her stuff She offered me a special too which is brilliant and has replaced the 3 I used to use! Mattress is so comfortable and have had good nights sleep at last

Two visits, first to browse beds and try out mattresses, second late in the day to place order. All the staff I met were helpful and spent time showing me around and discussing options
