Friendly helpful staff, able to try out mattresses. Staff patient and good with children!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Joanne in a warm and friendly manner, she was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a personal shopping experience. We had researched online before we came into the store and she knew exactly where the mattresses were that we named making everything very efficient. We were offered drinks while we shopped and were made to feel at home. We are returning customers to the Salisbury store and following our purchase we will definitely be coming back again in the future, thanks to Joanne.

sales assistants were prompt to ask if we needed help but then backed off to allow us time to browse - as soon as we needed assistance there was someone to help.

Staff very helpful, products good & well priced, we think we had a good deal & could get delivery when we requested it, & that date could be changed at short notice

The staff member was very helpful with all information about the types of mattresses we will looking form unexplained the best places to get with a mattress and then sorted out for a delivery date that suited us whilst we had a cup of coffee I found the staff very approachable and very helpful

After telling the sales person what we were looking for she took us to the relevant area and explained each item to us. She was most helpful and NOT pushy , letting us make our choice. We had visited a different store before coming to dreams and could have purchased a similar product slightly cheaper. However the delivery and collection of our old mattress was more straight forward at dreams and your sales person was more switched on.
