Dreams - Salisbury

This was our second visit to purchase a mattress from Dreams in Salisbury, and the reason we returned was because of the excellent service we had received from assistant Joanne back in 2013, imagine our delight to find her still working at the branch and being served by her again, we were treated to the same friendliness and high standard of service that we had received in 2013. Joanne is knowledgeable, and does not rush you into making what is a very important choice, there would be nothing worse than feeling disappointed because of being hurried along. Dreams are excellent communicators, and sent us lots of messages regarding delivery dates too.

We were immediately served by Iulia Mirela who asked the right questions to determine our needs. We were offered a cup of coffee as we tried out the various mattresses she had selected for us according to our needs. Once we had chosen a mattress we were shown various beds and bed linen. Through the whole process she was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The sales assistant Iulia was very friendly and welcoming, I even got made a cup of coffee. She showed exemplary attention to us and appeared very genuine in making sure we got the right mattress and gave us offers. Nothing seemed to much trouble. I commend her very highly as an employee.

The assistant, Joanne, was very efficient and friendly, helping us to quickly select the style and colour of the headboard we were looking for.

Very knowledgeable assistant who let us try all the different beds until we decided one the one we wanted. Like that beds are coloured and labelled so it's easy to see which ones you want to try out

The assistant, Joanne, was very pleasant, helpful, and even offered me a cup of tea! I was hoping to try a hypnosis mattress but unfortunately Salisbury do not keep them in the store. However, after some discussion with Joanne I tried some of the beds in store and made my purchase.

Julia was very attentive and quickly provided choices applicable to our needs. We felt she took the time to understand what we required and then helped with appropriate choices.
