The assistant was very knowledgeable and made my wife and i feel extremely welcome. There was no rush and the assistant ensured we had considered things thats were not even in our thoughts before we entered the store.

Non-invasive staff, great explanation of the colour coded system in-store, and efficient, patient & polite help with the purchase, all from Rachel. Oh, and a good cup of tea!

Joanne the assistant was very helpful Showed us a choice of bed we were looking for and then helped us choose a mattress to go with the bed frame.

Dreams of Salisbury could not have done more in helping us find the correct bed and mattress for our needs. The Sales Assistant, Iulia-Mirela, was very knowledgeable about the products and we cannot praise her enough. We wish all assistants were like this! She answered every question fully and her aim was to ensure that we were totally satisfied and happy. Well done to Iulia. We would recommend Dreams of Salisbury to anyone.
