Staff were really helpful, friendly, professional and didn't try to 'hard-sell' us any products. The store was clean and we were treated really well - tea and coffee were offered too, a nice touch.

Both the lady and gentleman assistants were both efficient and well mannered with a good knowledge of products. The lady assistant was able to match our needs to our previous Millbrook bed. We were passed to the lady as the gentleman assistant was already dealing with another customer but at no stage were we left unattended.

Attentative helpful staff, simple easy o navigate layout. Great coffee!

We visited the Salisbury branch and were helped by David and the customer service was fantastic. David listened to our needs and responded accordingly; he struck the perfect balance between being attentive though not overbearing. He did not know whether we were browsing our buying, yet he remained patient and informative. So often when a sale is not promised you are hurried along and disregarded, and this was not the case at all. We were very impressed with the customer service we received and will certainly be recommending Dreams to others.

The staff member Paul immediately approached me and ascertained my needs and helped me find what I needed perfectly, he also highlighted all of the new year sales and deals, so not only did get the exact bed I wanted I got a great deal in them too. Great service and great value for quality products. Extremely satisfied.
