The Salisbury team were fantastic. Iulia served us and couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole experience fantastic. She is an asset to your company!!

Joanne was very professional and kind. She spent lots of time with our daughter choosing a bed, mattress and headboard and treated like any other customer. My daughter thought she was lovely. We were most impressed by her product knowledge.

The service given by James was friendly and professional. Products available were all within the expected range.

The sales lady, Rachel, was very helpful, polite and interested in answering our questions.

Rachel was there as soon as we entered the store to assist us. She answered our questions and if unsure about anything went away to find the relevant information requested. She was not pushy in any way which is important to me but assisted us when asked, a very smooth transaction.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a warm friendly member of staff IULIA who made us feel welcome and relaxed. She offered us refreshments which we gratefully accepted and Immediately she knew what we were referring to as we had researched some bed and mattress choices online prior to our visit. Whilst we had an idea, we were not sure about finalizing our choice and she showed us alternatives which suited our needs and budget better. She was extremely professional with an in depth knowledge of all the ranges of products in the store and answered all our questions curtly and with a warm smile. We had browsed another store (Bensons for Beds) but your sales person made the difference between who to purchase from. We are delighted with the whole process, the bed and finally the level of service we received and will be coming back for further items from the sales person IULIA. Thank you so much.

I was impressed with the staff and with their collective response to my enquiries. I would be happy to recommend Dreams to my friends. One point that I would make is that as part of your survey you ask me to give a rating as to the quality of the product purchased, you will note that I have 'flagged' NA as an answer to that question. The reason for that is that I do not believe that I could reasonably be expected to answer that question until I have examined and used the item over a longer period of time than, say, an hour looking at the article in your store! Just a thought? Otherwise I have to say I am pleased and impressed. Best regards.
