Joanne in Salisbury was very helpful even though the shop should have closed 10 minutes earlier

Excellent service from an extremely polite sales assistant. She thoroughly understood our needs and was polite and respectful.

The two female staff members were extremely pleasant and offered me tea , they told me about the available items I was looking for but I was under no pressure to buy they gave me time on my own to try various matresses and wait for me to approach them which I like , all in all I was very pleased with the visit.

No wait in receiving service. Was offered a cup of tea! Bed mattresses were more costly than I would have liked, but I have bought from Dreams before and have been very happy with the quality so proceeded to buying.

The lady who served us was very welcoming and able to answer all the questions we asked. She understood I had back problems and was able to suggest a few choices of mattress for us to try. She offered us a cup of tea whilst looking which was very welcome. It's a shame other companies don't have staff like yours, it would make shopping a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Very good range of beds/mattresses available at reasonable prices. Assistant took great care in explaining the types of bed available and how they would or would not fit to our sleeping style. We were given all the information we required but also given plenty of time, without any pressure, to make our choices. Assistant was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout which certainly helped make the sale.

The service I was given from Joanne was fantastic and she made it so easy for me to purchase the product I wanted

Very friendly staff, ordering was easy and delivery time was very quick.

They was very helpful and showed us directly to the products asked for and left us to decide which one I preferred and did not push me into a sale

They gave us the best information for what I needed, and knew the answer's to all my questions. And it was a great amount of time we were there, they also were helpful with prices of different things, will definitely shop here next time I need a bed.
