The Dreams assistant - Rachel - was absolutely FIRST CLASS. Rachel delivers an exceptional level of attention and care. I was struck by her friendliness and professionalism. Dreams should nurture Rachel and look after her career with care.

The colleague took time her time explain everything

Everyone was so helpful, especially towards my 8 year old daughter who had to come with us. We were all offered a drink, and the service was just perfect. It didn't take too long at all, especially given that we did finance too, and sometimes that can take an age. All in all, a brilliant experience, and we will be back when another mattress needs changing!

I dealt with 3 members of staff all of whom were friendly, polite and professional.

Shaun the manager was very helpful, he recognized me fro a couple of weeks ago and helped me with my selection. My original selection was no longer available, but he directed me as he was aware of my financial restrictions and assisted very much in helping me with all aspects of my requirement for a comfortable mattress and bed frame within my budget.
