Dreams - Salisbury

This is the second headboard that I have recently purchased from Dreams. I had previously purchased three beds & mattresses from Dreams on-line.

The staff at the Salisbury branch were engaging at the right level from the get go. Julia (validation code 809) greeted me and gained an understanding of what I was looking for and procedure to have fantastic knowledge of quality beds within my price range. She didn't rush me and made me feel extremely comfortable as did her colleagues. Excellent service.

We met a really friendly and knowledgeable assistant in the store (Salisbury) who was great with advising me on which mattress to purchase for my 8yr old son (who very much enjoyed trying them all out!). I was so pleased that it could be delivered within 48 hours. I received a text the day before confirming a time slot and a telephone call on the day. The delivery was made by a smiley happy chap. All in all a very impressive service, thank you.

The two ladies in the shop were edteememly freidnly, offering their knowledge and advice and seeking genuinely interested in my needs!

Sound advice given. Emphasis on customer satisfaction not on making a sale.
