The assistant came straight over to me to help. I did not have a specific bed in mind but she was very knowledgable and took time to understand my needs and recommended I tried a number of mattresses before I found the one I purchased. She was very friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. I was assured that if the mattress wasn’t suitable I could swap it at a later date. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and didn’t feel pressured even if I did buy more than I intended! Saying that I didn’t buy anything that I didn’t need and would definitely recommend anyone needing a bed to visit your stores.

The store was airy and light, there was plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Joanne was extremely helpful and offered us a hot drink when we arrived. She answered the questions we had, and explained everything clearly and gave us plenty of information about how the store was laid out, in the respect of the colours on the beds, green for pocket sprung, Red for memory foam/sprung etc. We never felt rushed and She even brought me over a pillow when I was trying a bed out. Most sympathetic when I told of medical condition, and offered advice on best mattresses.

Nothing too much trouble. Time taken . A toilet available. Tea coffee and chocolates. Great well done .

The assistant was very helpful. The bed we were looking for was not on the shop floor, but the assistant listened to what we were after and gave us the tv screen in store to show us the bed we now have..... Delivery guys were very polite and careful while bringing the item into our room.

We were made to feel comfortable and everything was explained to us clearly. On our first visit the sales lady gave us lots of useful information and gave us space to sort out our own thoughts. When we returned next day we saw a different lady who was well informed about our previous visit and continued where we left off from our first visit. We were treated well and at no time did we feel uncomfortable, and for someone who hates parting with money I was happy with the whole experience.

Obviously I put my trust in the store assistant Iulia-Mirela to advise me with the correct bed I should have for my particular problems.She took her time with me and I was able to try out several mattresses before eventually deciding on the one I purchased. It was also a bonus to enjoy a cup of coffee whilst deciding such an important purchase.

From the minute we went into the store until the minute we left, we felt as if we were the most important people in the room. The service was exemplary and the choice was vast. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Thank you
