Very friendly and knowledgeable service received by Helen. She was very aware of the products in store and although we left with purchasing one of the most expensive mattresses, we never felt we were pressured into this buy.

The store assistant was very helpful and friendly. She explained different options and advice on the items I was looking buying. She also explained different payment methods and help me find the best one to suit me.

We were offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. Our sales person (Helen) explained the way the beds were laid out with different colours for varying softness or hardness of mattress. We could try each one and when we found the one we were happy with, we looked around the store for the type of divan we liked. The beds were all colour coded so we knew which ones to look at instead of wandering around aimlessly. Very good system and very helpful sales persons.

We were treated like customers who mattered. There was no hard selling, just two very warm and friendly women who were keen to help us find what we needed. They were great with our 3 year old twins who were not happy about bed shopping, offering drinks and snacks and a toilet for the children. Very impressed and very knowledgable ladies

excellent service by Helen who found out what i wanted and found the perfect bed and also showed me different styles of mattress until i found one i felt ok with. also sold me a bedside table to match. good quality product with exceptional service throughout.
