quiet period in the shop meant the customer service was excellent and tailored to our needs. Was not pressurised, not hard sell and did not feel under pressure to buy immediately. Offered coffees and chocs for the kids. Very friendly and supportive. Considered DDS discount in the absence of the card - being printed - and allowed this evidence to be presented later. 10% reduction.

Assistant, Joanne, was very helpful without being a nuisance. Plenty of choice of products and price ranges.

The whole experience was delightful. We had spoken about getting a new bed for months and with me having a spinal injury and being in a wheelchair we thought it would be difficult to choose and organise the process of buying one. We got help from Joanne and she was very helpful and understood what I wanted. She didn't try to push products on us and we even had a bottle of water. Very happy. My only problem was that we booked in for a delivery on the following Friday but I received a txt to say it was being delivered on the Wednesday. I phoned the store and it was sorted immediately.
