Dreams - Salisbury

The lady who served us (Joanne) was very good .She had a pleasant personality and was a very good saleslady

We were approached in good time of entering the store-not instantly but within the time we needed somebody to gain information. We like time alone to discuss our options based on the info your assistant gave us, so she left us for a while to do this. We had her go back and forth about 4/5 times before we made a purchase, but she was happy to do this.

The assistant was most helpful and polite. She talked through various options which she thought might suit our needs and processed our order in a very efficient manner. The store was clean, and tidy and allowed ample access to a large selection of items. This was our first visit to Dreams but we shall certainly consider using this store when the need arises.

I think we were served by Helen while another member of staff brought us hot drinks. The service was non-pushy, I forked and friebdly

Knowledgeable staff member Iulia-Mirela listened to our requirements and made suitable recommendations, making further recommendations based on our feedback. It was busy in store but she managed to attend to several customers simultaneously without abandoning any. Quick to assist without being pushy. We went in intending just to look but came out with a top of the range mattress and accessories!

The staff were very polite gave me a cup of coffee & were very knowledgeable but not pushy

Helen at the Salisbury store was exceptional. She was keen to find the right bed for my daughter at a reasonable price. She was very helpful, friendly and followed through the sale with a phone call before the bed was delivered. The delivery was on time and Jeremy was friendly and helpful. He also took his shoes off when entering the house which I hadn't asked him to do . Just an extra polite touch.

Julia was very helpful and quick as we were in a hurry. The next day we rang to change the bedheads and rhs was done easily
