We were satisfied as there was a nice choice of beds to choose from

So very friendly staff made me want to purchase a new bed as I only went in for a look

Staff were very warm and helpful

We had found the type of bed we wanted and the lovely lady helped me get the right one. She is a asset to your company

Julia greeted us on arrival allowed us to browse and then advised us on different mattresses that interested us and offered us pillows we quickly made our choice and was offered a drink while we arranged payment and delivery we were also offered mattress cover and disposal of our old mattress which we didn't require the whole experience was quick and efficient

Very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. Was not initially able to give me an early delivery date, but later in the day she called me at home to tell me she'd managed to get the earlier date for me. Definitely above expectation for customer service.

Joanne was really friendly and gave us all the help we required

The store had what I wanted, although it has not yet been delivered, so cannot say how comfortable the beds will be to sleep on.

We bought our bed from Dreams a few months ago and returned this time for a new mattress. On both occasions we found the staff very knowledgeable, helpful and family friendly

The customer service was excellent and was made a cup of tea whilst ordering the bed
