The customer service given by Paul was excellent and he really wanted us to get the right bed. He made the visit to the store very enjoyable and relaxed.

Thought the 3D imaging is very clever as I wouldn’t have a clue knowing where to start to choose a mattress. The lady serving us was very thorough

Staff were so helpful and really friendly, they took the time to listen to my needs and advise me the best options from there knowledge. Made sure I had the best shopping experience.

Julia helped me find an ottoman bed and assisted me in picking out a mattress. Although I didn’t purchase the mattress this visit I did take the details away and informed the lead time was approx 1 week if I did wish to purchase later. I was offered water, tea and coffee and felt safe throughout the visit

The assistant spent a lot of time with us and was very confident and competent and very patient with us, especially as we had our two young daughters with us.

David in Salisbury served us and was amazing from start to finish. He was very welcoming and professional. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained relevant products clearly to us to help us choose. He was not pushy at all and when I said I needed a cheap option for the kids bed he was happy to show me the cheap options without being pushy to spend more. He also made us feel comfortable by being strict with covid protection measures- keeping distance at all times and lots of sanitising. Thank you David!

The process for choosing a new bed at Dreams 'feels' more scientific and consumer-centric, leading us towards the bed that suits us. We were given the time to try and assess, we did not feel rushed at all, even though there were other customers in the store waiting. Our assistance focussed on us and supported us through our decision making process. The added burden around COVID was also managed very well, with cleaning and covers used appropriately. Our assistant was not overburdening or oppressive, she was supportive and knowledgeable, I think if she had been more sale-sy I would have walked away as I don't like to be pushed into making a decision, especially when the value involved is as high this was.

As we entered the shop we were approached by Paul who was very polite and asked could he help us. We explained that we were looking for a new double bed as the one we owned was now warned out. He took us to the large double bed and took some measured information. He then took us up to a new model bed which we both found as very comfortable. No pressure, just good manners. We are now expecting our new bed this weekend which is only a week after we ordered it.

Joanne was so helpful the minute I walked into the store without being pushy. She explained everything to me ( I haven't bought a new bed for more than 20 years) and took great care of me (I am disabled and can't move quickly). I was even offered a cup of tea. I am really looking forward too having the new bed. I just wish it was sooner. She made the whole thing a pleasure. Kind regards Rachel

We were approached by a lovely chap named Paul upon entering the store who listened to what we were looking for, our likes and dislikes and the reasoning behind a new mattress requirement. He offered us the option to try the sleep match bed which we did. Based on the results he took us around the showroom allowing us to try the mattresses we matched to (that machine is awesome and bang on the mark!) Paul’s product knowledge was immense, he spoke of materials each mattress was made up of, talked us through pricing and the benefits each one offered based on our needs. He was very patient and friendly, didn’t pressure us, even went off to make us a cuppa while we decided on our final purchase! He offered us extras such as insurance, mattress protection and the 40day guarantee and again no pressure to go with these as he knew we were on a bit of a budget and had already gone well over that! Cannot compliment him enough, definitely a member of staff worth looking after. Each mattress was sanitised when we were done, store was clean.
