The lady Joanne that dealt with our purchase was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A very friendly, nice lady and an asset to your company.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, liked that we were able to browse uninterupted at the goods until we were ready to ask for any assistance or information regarding products.

Julia was very helpful and friendly. She immediately welcomed us and was available with assistance.

ON OUR FIRST VISIT,JULIA WAS ABLE TO HELP US WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WE WER ABLE TO TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED.HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE BEDS WAS EXTREMELY GOOD,AND WHEN WE SAID WE WANTED TO THINK ABOUT IT,THERE WAS NOHIGH SELLING PRESSURE.ON OUR RETURN A FEW DAYS LATER,WE SAW HELEN,WHOM JULIA HAD FULLY BROUGHT UP TO DATE WITH OUR VISIT,WAS ABLE TO FINALISE OUR PURCHASE IN THE SAME PROFESSIONAL MANNER.YOU HAVE A VERY ABLE TEAM IN SALISBURY

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff the minute we walked in the store. We said we were just looking for a mattress and Joanne then took the time to explain all the different colours on the beds displayed and what they meant. She then offered us a tea or coffee while we browsed.While we were looking she took the time to ask if we were alright. Then when we chose the one we wanted if was a easy and simple to place the order. Which made buying an expensive item an easy experience.

Joanne was the lovely lady who helped me. She was kind, considerate and friendly and even offered me a hot drink when we were filling in the forms! Her product knowledge was fantastic and she quickly found exactly what I was looking for. After I told her that my husband had died eight weeks ago she was so positive rather than the don’t-know-what-to-say mumblings that the well meaning people have said to me. What an asset to the company!

All staff were exceptionally helpful and knew everything about beds!!!

Here goes.. there was just one Lady working in the Store I visited at Salisbury yesterday. No other staff at all! She obviously had a lot to do but managed to attend to my required of a new bed and mattress to take away the same day.. she even dismantled the ex display items and had them ready when I returned about 45 mins later! I'm sure her name was Helen.. please pass on my thanks to her for going above and beyond!
