Great service from a knowledgable, well mannered lady. Plenty of choice helped us find the bed we wanted.

Salesperson was knowledgeable regarding products and was able to supply a suitable product to my budget. Processing of the order was swift and professional.

Our assistant, Rebecca, was friendly, helpful and her customer relationship was impeccable. She gave us enough product information without giving information overload, and left us alone to try out the mattresses. She was astute enough to know when we had come to a decision, and helped guide us through the buying options in a professional manner, allowing us to come to a decision. The other staff were also very good, in so much as they helped locate items without interfering in the sale. For example, Rebecca wanted to get a particular item, but couldn't find it immediately, so returned to look after us. Another member of staff took over the search, without being asked, and as soon as he had located it, he bought it to the desk, smiled politely at us, and carried on about his business. I will state that I observed all of the staff there, and all were courteous and helpful to us and all other customers there during our visit. Thank you to all the staff, but especially Rebecca.

The staff member we had whilst choosing our new furniture was called Joanne, she was brilliant new a lot about all the different furnitures in store. Very friendly without Joanne we would have been stuck for choice!

Joanne was very helpful if we needed her and also left us when we wanted to discuss things. We were offered a cup of coffee and a friendly welcome. We were able to try beds and mattress and joanne was helpful in telling us what the mattress was made of and the difference sorts that dreams have.

We were welcomed upon entering the store and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for or they could help with. we told the sales lady this and she pointed us in the right direction and explained a few things about trying the beds. after offering us a coffee she left us to explore the beds, checking now and again that we were ok. it was a nice experience to be left alone to try the beds (without a pushy sales person following us round!) but still have someone around if we had a question.
