I found the experience quick and easy, no problems at all.

The young girl who helped us explained about the colour codes of mattresses and was very informative and not pushy at all. We even had a cup of coffee brought to us whilst we tried the products out!

very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff. Received good introduction on product we wanted, all questions answered satisfactorily and staff member allowed us to browse at our own pace whilst keeping an eye out for any further questions we had. The warm drinks were also very welcome.

Staff were very friendly, offered tea/coffee. Loads of information offered. Then we were left to try and test as many mattresses as we liked, without being pestered.

Joanne who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t over bearing or pushy at all was nice that we were offered tea and had no desire to rush us at all, and we were quite undecided as to what we were going to do for a while and she was really patient and helpful gave us some pillows that were more comfortable too. Couldn’t have been nicer

I was very happy with the price and quality of the products I purchased. The service I received from staff was excellent and from Iulia in particular who served me. Most shops feel a bit robotic in thier customer approach, whereas, dreams felt genuine :)

We were welcomed immediately on entering the store. Shown to what we were looking for. Offered a coffee and were able to place the order very quickly.
