The sales lady showed great product knowledge provided sound advice and showed the right balance when providing product information and then allowing the customer time to make a decision on which product to buy.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and made the experience more pleasant

Excellent knowledge from the staff

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a happy staff member who had great product knowledge and listened to what I wanted and gave advice accordingly. I was shown a number of options and was even offered a drink while I look at my choices and went through the forms. I left having spent a little more than I intended, but am very happy with the products I will be recieving as well as the customer service I recieved. A lovely shop.

Very friendly staff, good knowledge of products

The two sales colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Both Very knowledgeable , they gave me excellent advice without pressure and I am sure have helped me to make a very suitable purchase for my needs. They offered me ancillary products, again helpful but without overt pressure to buy. Delivery was explained and organised swiftly. I understand that one of the ladies was the store manager but the service from both was splendid in every way, staff to be proud of.

Lilua Mirana was frequently helpful and was a pleasure to buy from again

Joanne was very attentive without being pushy, and allowed me as much time as I needed to select the mattress I wanted. She answered all our questions and was good with my kids when they got bored! Thank you Joanne 😊

Helen the Manager couldn't of been more helpful and remembered us from a previous visit 2 days earlier.

The staff member quickly measured our needs then advised us to try out several beds while she made us a coffee (nice touch). When we were in two minds which one to get and said we would like to think on it for awhile, there was no pressure to buy which was really nice, and gave us a print out of the prices and said when we return it would be a good idea to try the two beds out again and see if we changed our mind, or confirmed what we really wanted. All questions we had, she either answered herself, or if she did not know, she admitted it and went and found the answer out. Now that is what I call being professional, don't bluff, admit it and then go and find it out. When we did return, we asked for the same person, simply based on the fact she had been really great with us and had interacted with us. The whole transaction went fine.
