I popped in a few days before I purchased and spoke to Joanne who gave me a lot of advice and I didn't feel pressure into doing anything there and then. I was really glad to see Joanne was free when I came back in and I picked the bed I wanted and it was ordered all really quickly.

My husband and I were so impressed with the choice of good quality beds and mattresses in the store. We were helped to find what we wanted by Lulia-Mirela. In some stores, the store assistants appear to be either too intrusive or not helpful enough when you want them to be, but Lulia, with her gentle, calm, professional and highly knowledgeable approach was a welcome surprise and, before we knew it, we had found just the mattress that we wanted, for the bed we had in mind. We showed Lulia the metal bed that we had already chosen, online from another supplier and she suggested we look at her computer, as Dreams, also, sold good quality metal beds, that we could compare ours to. We were very impressed at the selection of lovely metal frames and chose one that would look just right in our bedroom, as it was clearly much better quality than the one we were planning to buy. We were very happy with the price we paid and the great service we had. It was a very worthwhile and enjoyable experience, thanks to Lulia and the Manager. Thank you Dreams!

We told Joanne what we wanted and she was able to show us more that one option. She took time to listen and chat with us. Offered us a cup of tea.

The member of staff who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable

service was first class and the young Sunday assistant was very knowlegable, infact I felt sure she wa a trained sales person. Joanne who finished off the sale on the Monday was friendly and knew her job. It was a nice change to have wonderful assistance.
