On entering store i felt valued and this means a lot to me the assistant was very helpful and cheerful . Iwill be going back very soon for my first new bed for myself as think at almost70 Ian ready😀

The Sales Assistant was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. She understood our needs and if we are in the market for further products we will come back and see her. Keep hold of good staff!

The sales person was charming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy or hurried. She was patient and informative and quite delightful and offered us drinks and biscuits. The whole experience of shopping in the store was excellent.

As we entered the store we weren’t surrounded by employees trying to talk to us, they let us breath before coming over and asking if we needed any assistance or knowledge, even offered beverages! He showed us different styles of beds in the style we liked and different types of mattresses allowing us to try all beds and didn’t rush us to make a purchase, allowing me to make sure it was the right mattress! Allowing us to be more comfortable buying a mattress, but ended up buying a bed, mattress, mattress protector, pillows and Dovet. All for an amazing price!

Very good shopping experience. good store, clean and bright. No loud music playing. Lots of choice. Served by Joanne, very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable. Knew her products. No rush, no pushing to buy, gave us options - and a cup of coffee!

Rebecca guided us through and was easily approachable when we had questions. She didn’t pry or hover around and let us go through our choices.

Both people with whom I spoke over the phone were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and we're able to give me assistance in choosing the right products, which I could not do with confidence from the website.

Joanne the person who assisted me in store was lovely. She listened to my very complex needs and pointed me in the direct for what I was looking for. I was offered refreshments which I declined but was a lovely touch as it was so hot when I ordered the bed and mattress.

We were looked after by Iulia-Mirela who has a good knowledge of the products and took the time to listen too our needs and explain which range of products should suit our brief. She was happy to answer all of our questions and was very cheerful and pleasant to deal with. As a retired salesman I was impressed with her performance.
