The service we received was not pushy but professional and gave us the time to make our own decision with all the facts from the assistant. The sale price was good value and the assistant was very personable.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee before showing me what is available I placed my order and was told what day to expect it to arrive.I received a txt the day before giving me a 2hour delivery window between 8-30 and 10-30 the following morning at 8-30 a knock on the door and there was my delivery!! What is not to like about service like that!So yes highly satisfied.

The friendliness and helpful advice from staff enabled me to make a good choice. I was made to feel that I was a priority to the assistant. It was an overall pleasure to visit the Salisbury store.

I was verbally greeted as I entered the store and asked if I would like assistance. I really wasn't sure what products were available on the market but the Assistant showed me the whole range of mattresses and beds, let me try them and then analysed my likes and dislikes and invited me to sit down and have a coffee whilst she priced my 'favourite ' items. My questions were answered without any pressure to make a quick decision Overall a pleasant experience.g

The sales assistant took her time with us, she did not try to push sales but was extremely helpful to find out exactly what we needed and match the product to us. She offered us various options and made sure that what we ordered was exactly what we required.

The staff did not harrass me but left me to browse in peace and were there when I wanted help.
