Dreams - Salisbury

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted and looked after my the staff.we were shown to the appropriate mattresses and left alone to make our choice of purchase.

The lady helping us, talked us through the options available and assisted at every point. We were offered a hot drink and given as mich time as we needed.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store, asked what I was there for by staff and if they could help. Was offered to try the dreams bed which recommends specific mattress and was also offered drinks. Very good customer care.

Staff were helpful attentive and made us feel very confident in what we were looking to buy

An assistant came to help us as soon as we entered the store and showed us several options of the type of bed base we required. Once our choice was made the order was placed very quickly and a delivery date sorted.

Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and confident sales assistant. I did not feel rushed at any point of the sales process. Lisa listened to my needs and helped me find a mattress that was suitable for me. At the end of the selection process I was offered a drink whilst we processed my order.

Just a really nice guy who was very thoughtfull and very knowledgeable with the beds and mattresses. A good man

We were met as we came in and shown how to use the sleep machine. The assistance was extremely attentive and listened to all our preferences and offer great advice and had great knowledge on the products.

Lovely lady who helped me without pressure. Found the bed test very helpful in choosing my mattress.
