The lady that served us was so friendly and knowledgable, everything was easy and we were very happy with the service.

The staff told me about the different types of mattresses and how to identify them in the store. Helen told me how they were made and showed me the models of the mattresses. I phoned to arrange a date and was able to do this easily.
